Begin with Wood-Fired Bacon Wrapped Shrimp served over roasted corn risotto with a chipotle butter drizzle. For your entrée, choose between a Whiskey Glazed Pork Chop with bourbon reduction and smoked cheddar bacon green beans, or Cajun Seafood Stuffed Salmon topped with Cajun cream sauce over orzo.
