This Lent, Shoal Creek Tavern is showcasing the freshest catches of the season, prepared with bold flavors and classic gastropub style. Each weekend, our chefs feature rotating seafood specials that highlight quality fish, thoughtful seasoning, and crave-worthy sides.

Join us for an four-course bourbon dinner featuring the elegant lineup of Basil Hayden expressions, including Basil Hayden Toast, Malted Rye, and Cabernet Cask Finish alongside the signature Basil Hayden bourbon.

Each course will be thoughtfully paired to highlight the softer spice, toasted oak, and layered fruit notes that make Basil Hayden so unique. Our team will guide you through the story, flavor profiles, and pairing approach of each pour for a relaxed, educational, and delicious evening.
